Can somebody help me since a few days my ftp upload doesn't go over 1.13Mb in both Freestyle
aswell as in Xexmenu while before it would upload with around 10Mb .
that is to the internal HDD off 1 TB (snowman method)
HDD has over 400GB of games on it don't now if that mathers.

i use FlashFXP to upload.

Um, are you talking about total amount or upload speed..?

Sounds like it's a connection problem..

Jeah total speed to me xbox that is .
the weird thing is i havnt chanched anything
and before it would upload with 10mb
my normal internet speed is excelent
have allready reset everything which didn't help.

It could be a problem with your TCP settings.

Try using another FTP client and then try checking all your router settings.

Could also be the HDD that you're copying the files to. I've had drives that are getting filled up or are older drives end up getting files much slower. You're still copying files to that device, so it could just be the HDD itself, especially if it was working fine in the past.

Could just really be that the drive is pretty filled up now or could possibly be failing since I've seen drives transfer speed drop after a while. You could try to back up all of your files and load the HDD on your PC and defrag it as well.

i will have a look at me tcp settings
dont think its the drive becouse if i copy through usb
it hits 13mb and the drive is less than a month old with
still 400gig left.
