The controller sync issue is definatly a software bug.  There are a couple of bugfix requests on their svn page.

Still can't run this version on my 360. It only crashes on me with a black screen.

I can run 1.09 fine.

Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone installed this on a 360 that has the 12v fan mod on it?

JQE, is it possible that the ability to adjust fan speeds in this version, stops it from working on a 12v fan mod 360?

Is there a way to change the ip adress? I edited config.xml in the base folder, but it didn't load it from there.

ok here is my problem i have a 250g xbox hdd that i use for the xbla content,dlc, and brew. i also have a 1tb usb hdd that i use just for games. now when i run the fsdindexer the program crashes and my games/content is no longer visible intill i delete the fdata folder. tried on win7 and xp also tried different locations (usb hdd and xbox hdd) any suggestions?

lol! u change ip adress in xbox360 settings!!!

Anyone able to help me out? I ran the FSDIndexer, it ran for ages, it appeared to be downloading screenies, box art etc, when it was done i rebooted the 360 and it still comes up with nothing in freestyle dash, any ideas? Also how can i reset a skin, i used the ghost mw2 skin and it wont let me changed to another skin.

My setup for FSD was over ftp to the xbox hdd, and i can see them saves on the hdd there.


Did it save them to the wrong spot perhaps?


Current freestyle is at hdd:\Freestyle

and the stuff it downloaded is at hdd:\fsdata
Does this need to be in hdd:\freestyle\fsdata?

u have to press SAVE before u exit FSINDEXER.

choose a skin then press restart freestyle.

 You can do this by hand,  use Textpad to open up the content.xml file, search for this in a particular record entry. In the following example do a search for  Beat Drop....

 You can see that the second example is missing a line between the 2 "Genres" line. Use Textpad to copy paste the missing line and you are done. You can use examples of other records to find the correct genre line to copy/paste.  

 ** Also, dont create any new genres, only use existing genres, otherwise it could have nasty effects. Use the 360 to see a list of available genres and then copy paste those lines **

 As always, back up your original content.xml file in case you mess up
