Just got around to testing FSD Indexer again under Ubuntu. For me, it only works if I start FSD Indexer to do it's thing and I don't change focus to another window, just leave it alone. Then it works perfectly.

Keep up the great works guys, looking forward to 2.0

I'm having trouble using using my 360 to connect to FTP. Is it possible to use FSD INDEXER with my USB 360 HD connected to my PC and no connection to the 360? I'd like to have the artwork downloaded from the FTP to my USB drive and THEN just connect the USB HD to the 360; is this possible or do I need to have the 360 connected to my PC while using FSD INDEXER? My 360 just won't connect to my network and can't get online.

fsdindex allows to use a USB harddrive instead of an FTP connection, but you cant connect your xbox formated HDD, just a normal HDD with fat32.

Thanks a lot for that Sonic. So I can run FSD INDEXER without any connect to my 360? Also, I have to have a DIFFERENT USB HD formatted to Fat32 and have FSD download the files to that? What are the settings I'd use because when I launch FSD I get the error "no dashboard index found"...? Maybe once I have the fat32 usb setup I have to put all the freestyle folders in that one? Thanks a lot, I know it's a lot of questions

ok im having the weirdest issue, this is goiong to be a little hard to descripe.\
im having troubles loading alien vs preadtor, bioshock 2, battlefield 2, amry of 2 40th, mlb 10 all of these games are on an external hdd. when using my one of my xbox hhds(the stock hdd not external) i get can't start game blah blah, my other 40 games work. if i then switch my xbox hhd Not External it loads, i formated the one hdd and copied all the files from the working one and i cant get those games to work.

try to delete the system update folder from within the games folders

hopefully there are exiso tools in future which works like the xbox 1 old ones, and remove the systemupdate folder automatically, at ftp transfers too

... just add the systemupdate folder to skiplist in flashfxp or whatever you use to xfer your games across

hey

im using the ftp "live transfer" from exiso -> the iso will automatically extracted to the hdd on the xbox
and here the systemupdate removing wont work

put freestyle dash onyour USB HDD, start it the first time (through the boot iso), at the first start you can choose where the freestyle dash data should be saved, choose usb, then the dash will scan for any file (that is placed at the correct locations) and will index them on the USB HDD. After that you can conenct the HDD to your pc and run the Indexer Program

the gamertag wont be shown ? are there ways to get this right ?
