hey guys i ran this off xexmenu and well chuffed

can i be the biggest pest ever and ask either where i dump the files for a shortcut in the games part on the dash or how and where can i get it to boot auto???

i ask as this is far the best dash available, well i think so anyway

The config file in the fsdata directory? Well, no, because the RC was the first freestyle dash i tried. Though i did delete the whole fsdata directory and tried again a couple of times. It failed so i tried 1.09 and that worked.

The Freestyle folder goes in hdd1 root, don't know what's stopping you from copying it there. Only the file "freestyle-hdd" goes in hdd1:\Content\0000000000000000\C0DE9999\00007000\

What are you using to try and copy Freestyle folder to root?

it should be in any of the older releases, I used the one from 1.09 beta and it works fine.

Use the FSDIndexer program from your computer that's in the freestyle folder that you unrared or downloaded.

Put in the IP of your xbox and connect.

It will automatically scan your XB Drive and put the screenshots and cover art in there for you, it's truly amazing!

As you're not meant to connect the 360 to the internet (live), how is it safe to do that?

Just don't sign into Live or block Live access in the parental controls.

Guyz,
Can someone tell me why my Emulators dont show up in Freestyle? That and also I cant get my XBLive games to show up either. I have my emulators in a folder called Emus on the Hdd. And I have my XBLive games in a folder called XboxLiveGames also on the Hdd. I dont understand why they dont show up. My normal 360 games all show up properly in Freestyle.

Emus have to be in a folder called "Emulators" in the root of the HDD. (homebrew in a Applications folder)
Xbox Live arcade games have to be in the normal xbox content folder, so they also show up in the original dash. (HDD:/content/000000000000.../ something like that

)
