Place the appropriate Launch.XEX at root of Xbox HDD (not needed for region free only)
XEXmenu Lauch expects Hdd:\\Content\\0000000000000000\\C0DE9999\\00080000\\C0DE99990F586558

Freestyle Launch expects HDD:\\Freestyle\FreestyleDash.xex

U have to put them in right place for which ever launch.xex u put on HDD:\\launch.xex

It appears the reason the Usb launcher doesn't work is the autolaunch function is done before the usb drives are ever initialized. The Usb launcher was removed in the latest Pack V4 and may never be usable. those of you with problems could you tell me which launcher you are trying?

you are trying to run Xexmenu from HDD correct? and you have double checked the location and name?

If so could you do a test for me?
Use the freestyle launcher but get the xexmenu XEX version and place it to hdd:\freestyle\ and rename the xexmenu xex to freestyledash.xex and see if xexmenu boots. this will show the xexmenu launcher as the problem.

Haha i was just doing that. Ill let you know.

Does this only patch block 65?

I ask as my BB NAND had some bad blocks that were a bitch to remap, so I need to make sure I'm not patching any of those in case it screws it up again.

Cool, that's a relief as I checked and one of my bad blocks was 68!

yes and I find the kinda funny considering this was originally designed to work for xexmenu. a work around if you really want to use xexmenu is to create hdd1:\\freestyle\ and insert the xex version of xexmenu and rename it to freestyledash.xex it will boot xexmenu then. It has been confirmed the xexmenu launch has something wrong with it. you can do this until a new launcher is released.

this just an extracted quickboot container or look in the includes folder edit the config.ini point it to your dash burn that and the default.xex to a disc normal burn no need for xiso done.
