Sorry to resurect an old thresd but Im having similar issues except my 360 reboots when I choose some roms . I have changed the file ext to .bin snd it hasnt helped .

There is the odd .bin and .smd that actually does work but seems to be the Japanaes games like Casino & Mahgong .

I have the same address as above and using Genesis360 plus god ...

bin and smd files are different formats. dont just change the extension. you need an smd <> bin converter.

its probably down to you having corrupt roms or the emu doesnt support those roms.

not all roms work.
