So you can't even select "Play Game" from the Xbox 360s main menu to load the disc?

If not, it **sounds** like the drive is not flashed, but I could be wrong. The only other thing I can think of is that perhaps the drive itself is going bad.

It reads the disk then says open tray. I'll pull it apart and have a look. I have a RROD console here could I just swap the drives?

Yes, but I believe you will have to inject the DVD key into the new drive, and once again, I can't guarantee that is your problem, but I have no other ideas what it could be unless you are leaving something out. This is probably a stupid question, but is the disc clean?

So to have freestyle show up in LIVE, all I have to do is put the freestyle folder in the root (hdd1/freestyle), and put the freestylehdd file in 'hdd1/content/000000000000000/C0DE999/00007000 folder?

LOL yeah. I just burnt it. Like I said it worked the first time I installed XEXloader on it. ever since then no other ISO disks ive made run from the dash.

2 issues here:

1- Cant get Snes360 to appear on Emulator tab I've tryied to change the emulator path to: /Hdd1/Content/0000000000000000/FFED0707/00007000

2- When I use ftp with Filezilla or FlashFXP I dont have any folder in it ok root/ and cant go nowhere. And I have no issue to acces with xexmenu1.1 and FSD Indexer.

The emulator is not working because you are using a live packaged version of that emulator, so it can't be put into or run from "emulators"

As for the FTP issue, turn PASSIVE mode on (Thanks to dufc1983, who helped me with this SAME issue).

P.S. Do you experience a *tiny* lag when using Snes360? For me, while it was a tiny lag, it made Mario World unplayable, as the timing on all of my jumps was off. I have heard that using a wired controller will remedy this, but haven't tried, any input on this?

Actually, I used to get onto people for that too (I still hate it), but they are now BOTH correct, same with learned and learnt. I think it is so stupid that they have been added to the dictionary, but they have.

About the lag in Snes360, i'm playing Mario RPG and I dont see any lag with the controller, but I have some micro-freeze (sound and image) often. I'll give a try to Mario World and give you some feedback.

nice vid i do recommend getting the gryz newest skin for this dash as the videos play on a 42" screen tele on the menu looks alot better :-)
