HelloWorld.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "public: virtual void __cdecl ATG::Console::Format(char const *,...)" (?Format@Console@ATG@@UAAXPBDZZ)

I included AtgConsole.h and did

CODE

console.Create("game:\\Arial.ttf", 0xFFFF0000, 0x0000FFF0);
console.Format("hello world");

but for some reason it gives me these errors when linking?

And you added  #include "AtgConsole.h" in the cpp correct? NM of course you did, it compiled.

EDIT: Actually, just post up your entire CPP and people will be able to help you out better.

you need to link to the ATG library (ie in your linker options)

I tried but I get this whenever I try to click on 'linker':



I opened the cmd as admin, navigated to c/program files/windows visual studio 8/common7/ide

typed devenv /setup and devenv /resetskippkgs

nothing helps!
