Is there anyway to add this dashboard to show up in "Recent Games" under "Game Library" using quickboot instead of having to click on the "Collections Tab".

Make it a demo container (in quickboot 2 check the "save as demo" box)

Just test your skin and I really like it!

Can you please make a 1080p version and maybe you can upload it to spiffy360.com so we get one central place for getting themes? Thanks!

thanks wink.gif

I don't know if it's possible to make a 1080p version.
I have used the original background size so i need to check if it work with a 1920*1080 one .
(and if yes i need to do it again because if i just resize it it will be useless)

n3o, will you be able to add some background animation like it was done with the latest SNES emu? Perhaps a visualization going on in the background will look awesome! The skin look great!

i can see if it can work with a video animation or a flash animation. But i'm not sure.
For some things code is needed and i'm not good at it :/

I'm confused on how you run the program.  I downloaded it from XBINS.  Now what?  I tried burning it to a CD, but I guess that is not how you do it.  What are you supposed to do to get it running?

This is how i did it.

1/ Put it somewhere on your usb drive and ensure all your games are in Games folder and XBLA games are in a Content folder on the root of the usb drive.

2/ Plug into your 360 and run XexMenu or XexLoader

3/ Launch the Freestyle Dash from within Xexmenu, etc.

4/ It will ask you whether you want to save config data on internal hdd or usb drive, select usb drive.

5/ After its initial configuration, turn the 360 off and unplug the drive and plug into your pc and run the fsdindexer program thats included making sure that you specify the usb drive that has your games as the target.
- Alternatively you could use the program to ftp into your xbox while freestyle dash is running, assuming ofcourse you have configured it for network and have it plugged in.

6/ Hit Save content and close the fsdindexer and plug your usb drive back into your 360.

7/ Launch the freestyle dash via xexmenu or whatever and it should be running with all the gameinfo included.

Enjoy.

Ok finally got it working with quickboot v2.0
1. extract xbox 360 dashboard folder to desktop or hdd/usb drive and rename freestyledash.xex to default.xex
2.run quickboot hit scan local, select xbox 360 dashboard folder
3.add the location of were ur going to run it from.
example is its \APPLICATIONS\XBOX 360 Dashboard\. if your running from usb or hard drive scan it and do nothing to it under quickboot. upload with ftp  and enjoy running it from dash.No more running it thru xexmenu.

impossible, the freestyle programmer must support that including certain code, maybe in future releases we got wmv backgrounds support, would be cool
