Other than the hardware aspect of it, what are the main differences in a dev kit and a jtagged xbox? And what are the main hardware aspects of it?

partnernet.......hmmmm.....Modding while the xbox is still on.......side car, thats all i can think of off the top of my head

A JTAG'd xbox pretty much equates to a Demo Kit without the dev kernel or PNet access.

Actual development kits have Sidecar support, PIX Debugging, DVD Emulation, Kernel Debugging, and the ability to access PNet.

Kernel debugging kinda breaks the case between a JTAG and an actual Development Kit though, I'd personally have a kit with the ability to do on the fly debugging then work with a Jtag.

Oh?? Thats cool for the devs !!! No wonder i was reading that Sonic Adventure DX was on LIVE and couldnt find it !!

I wonder, do our hackers have access to the Partner net , or is it super specially secure ??
