90% of unpacked xbla games dont work properly so i didnt support them. Most run from the content folder on usb though, but a odd few like robo blitz dont.

Can you give me a hand? I've got yaris-swapped live packages, but freestyle dash doesnt seem to recognize them. What folder structure should i use?

for me this is the way to go! an all around dashboard.

all pro coders should join this project.
is opensource.

Freestyle FTW smile.gif

Can you include:

HOURS:MINUTES:SECONDS -- DATE in some area?
a mediaplayer? (mkv+dts+ .srt subtitles)
Cpu and gpu temps on the main screen

They need to be organized in the same way the they would for the ms dash.

\hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\TITLEID\00004000\FILE

or

\usb0\Content\0000000000000000\TITLEID\00004000\FILE

I'd rather go with a quickboot link on partition 3...or a system folder. And then patch xbr3 to execute it.
Anyone actually tried to use another xex instead of the xboxdash.xex or whatever it's called? smile.gif

I really like being able to adjust the screen size.   I have terrible over-scan on my TV. sad.gif   I really wish other apps would include this option.  Thanks smile.gif

I used ftp to download them, my Xbox360 was recognized but saved the files on my PC.
So, where do I've to place the files I downloaded via FSD Indexer on my USB HDD?

Edit: Everything is a .txt-file, I see. - Even my screenshots. - Is that correct?

Looks great!! , lots of potential

Had a freeze wile doing the following:
With no games in the menu i pressed details and then genres, then the screen froze(fan went faster) and then i could only turn the console off with the powerbutton

Will test more if you get it to launch from the games menu.

p.s. did not find games on the standard 20 GB hd under /games/
(This is by design?)

I'm sorry for asking a functionally retarded question but can I get some help getting this installed on my set up?

Currently working with a 160gb HD on my xbox and a 500GB external HDD.
I've got xexmenu and tons of DLC installed on my 160 hdd on the xbox and I run all my full size games from the external HDD.

I've not had any problems figuring out FTP on xex menu and I'm used to dealing with the whole CODE9999 folder that goes into content folder etc.

This dash seems to be packaged a little differently.

Basically what I want to do is this:

1. Have this dash show up as a game demo just like xexmenu does in reg NXE
2. Have this dash index all my dlc and full size games
3. Have this dash load full games from external and xbla from actual xbox HDD

Is all the above possible and if so can someone please help?  Sorry for being a noob!

I've to correct my posting above:

On my USB HDD, I got a folder called "fsmedia/artwork", there are my downloaded covers via ftp.
The problem ist, that they won't get shown for me with FreeStyle.
What's cause of this?

O.M.G.  this is jawdroppingly impressive. Its intuitive and looks amazing.
Light-years ahead of the opposition.

Highly recommended, cannot wait to see how this ends up.
