Ha!, I actually had the same issue... That's why, in version 0.5, the resulting report file also includes titles that you "HAVE", and the full path to those titles. What I found, after adding that information, was that I had some of my titles one extra level deep in the folder structure on the internal HDD. XM360 will happily search for them, and it does find them...and I can even launch them....but the NXE dash can't see them. The report let me fix the ones that had that problem. :-)
Aha that could make sense perhaps. Hope you plan to release 0.5 soon so I can test it out and tidy it up. I may be that I downloaded some demos from miscellaneous sites. A couple of games didnt show up so downloaded them elsewhere, and got them back...but in some cases I did see that a folder gameid# already existed inside the 0000000000000000 folder, so when spotted deleted the one that didnt seem to work and put the working version in. So looks like just a bit of housecleaning to do once got hold of your new version

On another tangent...I'm struggling with Super Contra...kinda.
I'm not at home at the moment, so can't remember the numbers, but I know theres 2 versions of Super Contra. One which has a cc at the end of the game id.
XM360 reported that I was missing the OTHER super contra file (the one that doesnt end in CC)
So I downloaded it from elsewhere and put it in the folder. Still only 1 super contra listed and xm360 still reports I'm missing the same file, but seems to think I have the cc one.
I've searched a little and did see that rocket riot uses the same folder name for some strange reason....so think I need to check if I have 2 files in that folder or something - so maybe delete that rocketriot/supercontra folder and try it again
