I think I just killed my jasper, I moved a 190mb arcade game to the onboard 256mb memory.
Noticed the game didn't show up so I rebooted to see why and now I'm getting just the middle green light and the system won't boot. Xell won't load either.
Did it overwrite my XBR?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I think this may have also happened to me. I once accidentally copied my Dragon Age Origin's saved data to my FLASH, and I had something very similar happen. It was a hard problem to Diagnose for a bit, as I had just formatted my HDD to allow for xbox 1 games etc, and I forgot that there an xbox live update on the Memory card that was in the xbox when I tried to boot it up. First I thought somehow the HDD messed up my Xbox, then I was worried it tried to update somehow (even though it was the 8955 update that was already running on my box).
To fix the problem I decided to:
Dump the first 2 block of my nand and compare them to the xbr.bin I flashed to it, different.
So I flashed xell to the first 2 block and then booted into Linux via the CD and then flashed xbr.bin back to my box. Works perfectly again.
I am thinking that was ultimately the problem for me and I think you can solve it the same way.
Also I am glad this version of XexMenu, formally XexLoader seems much more stable when copying files from my 1.5TB USB drive to my 500GB HDD on my xbox. I'm very happy with it and look forward to playing with the FTP feature. Many thanks,
