I'm pretty sure there was a damn good game transferrer for the XBOX 1, it was called something like cxboxtool?

I know it wouldn't work in it's current form, but it's worth looking into IMHO.

patience.  stuff like that will happen soon, I'm sure.

Rumor has it that the next Le Fluffie update will have the ability to take an ISO (or rip) into a NXE/HDD/GOD package - I'm sure it'll be just a matter of time before we have a PC tool that will take an ISO over FTP to a NXE/GOD on the box.  Give them time.

FTP) To prevent the Xbox from connecting to Xbox Live you can set up your network as follows:

- Use an IP adress outside your routers DHCP IP pool. If your router use 192.168.1.100-200 for DHCP you could use 192.168.1.210
- Set up your computers IP as gateway.

Actually, in order to prevent your xbox to connect to xbox live, you only need to configure it to use a static ip address. It can be any ip address, even inside the dhcp range. All you need to do is remove the gateway ip address (leave it blank), so that the xbox will only connect to your lan.

@akula169:  Any rumors on whether those games can be located on an external hd thru usb to show up in the nxe dash and be launched from there?  Thanks.

Ok, Filezilla = the way forward for FTP'ing! I've set concurrent transfers to 10 and its zooming the data across at max speed (10 connections at about 1.1mb/s).

This is an unnecessary step, as you can disable connections to Xbox Live in the Family Settings menu on the NXE, much safer and more foolproof.

I don't know.  I doubt that will happen any time soon via the NXE/GOD route, but I've been wrong before.

You can use quickboot to make containers to launch iso rips from external USB.  Or, just spend a couple bucks and get a larger 2.5" drive  to replace your stock MS HDD (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

i agree minus reminds me of aliens:
RIPLEY:        All right.  There's a fire door
at this end.  The first thing we
do is put a remote sentry in the
                   tunnel and seal that door.

HICKS:
We gotta figure on them getting
                   into the complex...

Why would anyone use a iso loader?

If you extract the game, it gets smaller (bioshock 7.7gb -> 4gb folder)

I think this way is great like it was in XBOX 1 scene
