Is there any way to adjust the screen resolution for people with standard definition tvs? Maybe a menu for settings and a skin tweak?

I'm having problems with overscan too. Changing auto scaling on or off has no effect, XexLoader was fine at 720p. I am also getting the CopyDVD function not working, it just kicks me back to the HDD1 root, hitting A before it tries to eject the tray doesn't help either.

This is on my Zephyr and XBR3b.

yes these are iso already on my pc

What sort of speeds do you get with Xbox Image Browser (that's what I use) and on average the games take about 5mins and in terms of PC spec mine isn't much better than yours as it's only used as a media server/place where I store everthing...

Try diff comp. I think something going wrong on your comp. Its need only 4-5 min per game last I tested.

My games are not listed on the main XeXmenu. Its blank. But I can brows the game and run it fine. Only problem is its not listed.

I have a crossover cable between the 360 and the pc, both statically set up to the same subnet, but i cannot get any ftp connection,
I am setting the ip in nxe and then launching xexmenu, any ideas?

follow the FTP tutorial for XBox 1 using a cross over cable and it all should be fine.

Also, make sure you plug in the network cable first before running XeXMenu. If you run XeXMenu first and than plugin the network cable than it will not work.

I use the following.

X360

IP: 192.168.0.3
SUBNET: 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY: 192.168.0.1

PC

IP: 192.168.0.1
SUBNET: 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY: 192.168.0.3

using any web explorer: "ftp:\\xbox@xbox:192.168.0.3"

Or use Total Comander, FlashFXP, CuteFTP, etc..

Temps don't go above 60C for CPU or GPU with a 12v 80mm fan going in the side (zephyr with xclamps and AS5), it really doesn't add that much noise. I want this thing to last I'm going to make that a 120mm or two when I get em.

I bent the heatpipe up to the fan as well.

wow...  this thread went to hell in a hand basket.  Can people please make new posts about fans/temps/rips/etc?

I'm sure the problems that have been reported with the program will be addressed soon in the next release - wait a few days...
