I've thrown something together that atleast batch removes systemupdates and replaces moviefiles with placeholders, it can also delete alot more based on simple config files:

i assume that you are saving your games in xexloader / xexmenu compatible path like: USB://Games/Game

you just select the folder usb://games and the program will scan for systemupdates, movies and if available for smart cleaner files (who isn't really that smart tongue.gif ) compatible games

IPB Image

the result:

before: IPB Image after: IPB Image

if your preferred language is not included this will happen:
IPB Image

if you think this is usefull, please test it and write your own smart cleaner files(check programpath/titles/) or click on show available titles in the program... the little button next to it is for finding out the title id via xextool(gonna add the readme in the next release sorry)

very nice little app mate

can't wait to see what comes of this. thank you for making smile.gif

Some games need movies of a certain resolution, so if you replace with a different resolution then it won't work. Even still, I had problems with BAA. Here are a couple of bik's I use (2k ea)
10Black_720_1280.bik
10Black_864_1152.bik
Both of these are 10 blank black frames with no sound encoded at 30fps = 1/3 of a second

its sata to sata connected to the same mobo and its like a 20 minute process. quad core system. very annoying

This is obviously going to vary from game to game but something to notice is how many files the game has. It matters little which program you use to rip. Processor speed matters even less. If your game has >2000 files, then (in my experience) it is not worth the time it takes to rip. On Xbox1, tony hawk games would take like 2 hrs each to transfer to a fatx hdd. This has to do with creating a TOC entry for each of those 10,000+ small files. Games like this are, IMO, best left on disc.

Congratulations on XBreboot!
Read tutorials about xexloaders, they are all over, even N00b friendly versions.
Downloaded games? You're suppost to rip from your game discs. You don't download pirate games.
Emulators.... only Snes360 is stable and good IMO.
So sad about your DVD rom... buy a spare and flash it with your console's key.
Xbox Sky is a very dark place, and torrents... I don't think those are discussed here.

Ah, one more thing; Stay on topic, and watch out what you ask for, by the # of posts and type of questions your asking (relating to piracy) might get you banned.

Cheers.

Back on topic. This app is a good start, I like it. We should have a .xex version of it for us who already have the games on hdd.  ph34r.gif

Kind of a noob for JTAG stuff, but is there an ISO loader for playing straight off the ISO? Or they need to be extracted first? I have a 2TB with some backed-up games on it and would just rather plug it in and play if I ever got a JTAG'd box.

Couple of questions:

1. Can the ripped (smaller) games be made into ISOs an run from disc?

2. Say you have 3 games, 1.8GB, 1.1GB and 1.5GB (4.4GB total). Can a multiple game disc be created (like the old Xbox1 Craxtion multi-game discs)?

That's a good question. I  think the same way. Maybe soon can be possible.

And about RIP isos it's pretty simple , i do myself when extract iso to folders , just Shift + Del some other languages Folders and stuff. And plus when a ISO is extracted 6.5gb in some games the output is 4.9 to 5.5gb depending on game.

My Army of Two is about a 4gb i guess ^^

Samurai showdown Jap = 3gb ... etc.

My controller for dvd rom is broken not only dvd rom.
Xex loader is this directory but where to put downloaded game.

Use the file browser to copy the directory "C0DE9999" to the 360 HDD at: Hdd1://Content/0000000000000000/

astralev your a train wreck!  blink.gif
You can make a folder in the route off your hdd called "Games" then put the folder containing the game in there.  XEXLoader/XEXmenu will auto detect the .xex file and list them or manually launch the xex yourself.  Then you can build a shortcut to the xex using quickboot so the game will be listed under games in the NXE dash.

Hope this helps

Yes and no. How?

To make multigame disc... burn XeXLoader XEX version to as main and put games within the games folder (I think it will load them, not sure)

Yes you can rip the game to fit on DVD5, but you can't make a working 360 ISO, instead, burn all to a DVD-R as data like you would normally do for anything on PC and XBR will boot it just fine.

No NXEART preview or game details, but game will run just fine.

Write one or hope that someone makes one for you biggrin.gif

I again encourage everyone to post their own smart cleaner files for others to use.

It only takes a few minutes to create one, so please do so and post them as i don't have a lot of games biggrin.gif
