No ROMs are showing up for me. I have put them on a memory unit, hard drive, and a USB flash drive. What am I doing wrong? Actually, when I click the "Roms" button, nothing even happens.

I used a freshly formatted Fat32 Flash drive and created a folder called _Emus then in that folder i created another folder called Snes360 then inside that i created another folder that called Roms

other options are
USB0:\_Emus\Snes360\Roms\
USB1:\_Emus\Snes360\Roms\
USB2:\_Emus\Snes360\Roms\
DVD:\Roms\
HDD:\Emus\Snes360\Roms\
MEMUNIT0:\Roms\
MEMUNIT1:\Roms\

Thanks works perfect. Only question i have is how do you make it full screen?

It only shows up on half my TV??

Click 2 tumbsticks  and set off ( Keep My Aspect Ratio )

but fullscreen is kinda sucks on Big Screens  rolleyes.gif

Enjoy

Thanks Alot!!

it works perfectly i look forward to seeing what else can be done with the 360.

And to people who see no roms read the readme

QUOTE
Roms should be placed in the following: (sorry if you dont like the locations but there
a reason for their locations)

GAME:\roms\ (dont have to worry about this one since its in the package)
USB0:\_Emus\Snes360\Roms\
USB1:\_Emus\Snes360\Roms\
USB2:\_Emus\Snes360\Roms\
DVD:\Roms\
HDD:\Emus\Snes360\Roms\
MEMUNIT0:\Roms\
MEMUNIT1:\Roms\

And you need to press the right shoulder button to select the device usb/hd/dvd whatever, the roms should be .smc files placed in the above folders, also they should be run through this program to ensure the filenames are correct http://dwl.xbox-scene.com/~xbox/xbox-scene/tools/utils/PreXBoxCopyTool0.3Beta.zip

Also, the two files I have are:
Usb0:\_Emus\Snes360\Roms\LinkToThePast.smc
Usb0:\_Emus\Snes360\Roms\SuperMarioWorld.smc

Great to see such a quality release. One question is there anyway I can change the song playing from the menu. I really dislike the Black Eye Peas. Its a small thing but I would love to be able to change it.

Black Eye Peas? Yuck. That not being able to be changed would make me uninstall a program without going any further.

this is how i got it to work on harddrive.
make a new folder on you desktop.
rename it    _emus
open emus then make new folder snes360
open snes360 then make folder roms
open roms and insert smc files and off you go.

Emus\Snes360\Roms\ smc files

transfer to root of partition 3.
it should work. if it does not delete preview folder in emus

files can be in .zip also to save some space on your drives, I know roms are tiny as it is, but you never know you might want that extra room for something else that comes out tongue.gif

I would be a lot happier about 2010 being the year of 360 homebrew if there was a way for any 360 to run homebrew. However, it is a fantastic achievement.

Excellent release guys! Keep up the good work!

Just curious...not bashing this project, but why is a project like this being done with the "illegal" xeXDK? Isn't libxenon robust enough (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) to be used on a project like this? That way any coders wary of the proprietary xeXDK wouldn't be discouraged from contributing.

Still, props on a great release. pop.gif
