Has anyone noticed the DVDCopy function no longer works in XexLoader v0.26? I tried copying Soul Calibur 4 to my USB external HDD, and it started the copy process at first, and then stopped right away. I tried it multiple times, with the same result. Finally, I decided to try reverting back to the last version of XexLoader that I had (the first one without any kind of a real GUI), and it worked like a charm.

Am I the only one this has happened to?

I used this feature yesterday for the first time (never used it in the first release) - works fine for me! Now all  need to do is find out what to patch for Xbox1 games on the HDD .. back to scouring the forums I guess!

Is there a workaround for seeing only the top left quarter of the screen?
Other then buying a new tv please

I also had this. Do you have avatars installed? Coz I run xbr without avatars installed and xexloader loaded without a hitch. Then i installed avatars to hdd, then suddenly xexloader would not loud. It just froze with a black screen, once you press the guide it would load normal. Then I removed the avatars from hdd. The freezing disapeared. So the freezing in xexloader is caused by avatars, unfortunately the game freezes persist.

you have to make a folder where you want it downloaded to. the copy dvd to folder you just made.

What folders / Files do you delete to get rid of the avatars? I have the same problem

Well, i have a 160gig WD drive which i use as a 120gig xbox hdd. I could not find the avatar files on the hdd using Xplorer360. So what i did is, I backed up all my profile and saves data. I flashed the hdd back to original fw so that windows can reconise it. Then I formatted the hdd in windows using partion wizard, after that I flashed the hdd back to xbox 120hddss.bin. Thats how I removed the avatars. A bit of a lengthy exercise but it worked.

Now that I think of it, you'll probably be able to format your xbox hdd in any partition software without flashing it to stock. Then you'll just need to format it with your xbox again afterwards

How do I patch the Default.xex to run from my hard drive? I cant seem to get it running. I tried using XEX tool. But it keeps saying Unplayable and brings me to my Dashboard. Please any help would be appreciated.

I dont know if it makes any difference but Im using freeboot with a Hacked 8995 Dashboard. I know im close. Do I have to patch the default.xex with anything? If XEX tool what command?

Patch the another fifa xex that is in the root folder. After that I could pass the impossible disk error.

Any solution to the aspect ratio issue aside from buying a new one  I'm stuck on a standard def TV

You may have to hit a few times or hold it down, took a minute or two to get it but it works
