Very nice progress. Where is the 256MB/512MB NAND support on XBR? Come on guys!! Need to setup my arcade
you can also swap nands all together..
backup your large block nand... extract your config and kv
insert config/kv into appropriate 16mb bin.
remove large nand
solder in 16mb nand.
swap the proper resistors (2 resistors get moved)
flash 16mb nand
boot your arcade with XBR

If you use the LPT method than yes around 16-19 hours.
LPT method for quick reading..
dump your first 2MB (80 blocks) multiple times until you get a %100 match.
flash xell (50 blocks)
boot gentoo.
run modified lflash script to dump 512mb nand in 10minutes. dump multiple times and compare to get %100 match. DO NOT input a second bin into lflash. it will erase your nand and not write. youve been warned

reflash original 2mb (80 block)
can be done in about an hour with USB, probably 2hours with LPT.

Really great work!!
Would be really nice if it could also integrate a tool like xextool so you could run it right from the xbox.
unfortunately the scene is still tightly closed and no one wants to share. wont see no patch loading until that changes.
