Help With Partnernet

could some one help me iam having a problem with partnernet?
the first thing that shows up is this:

then when you press ok you get this:

so if any one has any idea whats going on plz tell me.

Re-instal the 9328 recovery disc with the HDD ON
it needs to instal the avitar update files to be able to connect
this is the most common xdk problem so dont feel bad
and ecuse my spelling, dont feel like rightclicking all the red underlined words

 you need to install the original with the hdd on also you can try the 9199 update. also if i may ask where did you get the devkit from. thanks im 13 years old
