hi hope it is in the right section (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) it is possible in any way to move/transport the retail gamertag to a dev console ?

It may load, but it wont connect to PartnerNet.

mhh ok i transfer my GT to content --> E..... but when i start the nxe dashboard the xbox say my profile is broken (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) what do i wrong ?

You didn't do anything wrong; retail and dev profiles are formatted differently, therefore a retail profile wont load on devkits.
