I have a 360 dev-kit and i am trying to set it up to run linux. I figured since it is a dev kit its should already be modified enough to run linux.

Does anyone have any experience doing this or is it simply not going to happen?

It works just the same as retail. The only difference is that you need to drop down to the 4548 kernel, and use a flashed DVD drive.

You just need to use the shaders from here: http://www.hb-releas...2009april1.html and then you will need to patch the KK iso... then recover your dev/test/demo to retail, and perform the steps just as you would on a retail kit!

Oh, you'll need to patch the XEX for dev too.
