Setting Up A Xdk Need Some Help
« on: February 02, 2020, 05:35:00 PM »

i know this is the wrong place to post this but i've been trying to get some advice for ages and no body will help,i  want to do a retail to xdk to learn about the system and the ways it work coz in 4 months i'll be getting a proper 360 xdk with the sdk software,so i really want to use my time waiting and use one of my many old box's(xbox 1) to get to grips with the basic's!

please look at this post

http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?act...=0#entry4351710

please can someone give me answers?

come on gents xbox scenes never let me down before?let modding and xboxs live forever!

and if bill gates reads this "why's there lead free solder on cpu and gpu on my 360? all that money and your tight as a nun's you know what!and what about the spot for the front fan header on the v1.0 360 motherboards hey? you must of planned for it to be there or it wouldnt be, so again i'll say you are tight!you must of know of the cooling problems in the first place!and then you have the cheek to moan about modding and try all you can to stop it, you need  to take a good long look in the mirror mr gates!we only trying to fix your mistakes!and when you come get my sons 360 for rrod repair this week there will be solder with lead with it and i want both cpu and gpu cleaned and reballed and there some proper thermal paste aswell and some mini heatsinks for the ram!its what they need and you know it so just do it!why have a console back 6 times! try fixing it properly the first time!well i've said my bit!"
thanks

You can convert a retail xbox 1 into a xbox 1 dev kit, but not a xbox 360 dev kit...if you need tutorials on how to convert a xbox 1 retail into a dev, look at the tutorials section on the main page.

Thanks

Isnt it illegal to own one of these without being licensed or certifed as a Microsoft developer?
