Ftp Raw Commands

I know certain dashboards on the 360 have FTP raw commands for doing things like executing games. However, for the life of me I cannot find these commands or which dashboard supports 'em.

Ultimately I'm trying to get a batch file on a PC that'll execute (not transfer) a game over FTP, on the 360. I'm 100% positive this is possible. However, I need that FTP raw command for executing, and I can't find ANY info about it (there used to be a youtube video showing this, but now it's gone).

Anyone?
