OK, I had all my movie files IMDB info including thumbs.  It was awesome.

went to get a beer, and then migrated to my next vid smb drive, added some info there.

went back to my previous drive in which I *had* all the info and nothing is there.

I ftp over to see what db's I had, and there was none for video, even though I just did a scan.

in the thumb folder, all the movie thumbs were there though.

of course then xbmc gave me that damn fatal exception error, so I am trying it all over.

Am I missing something?  Shouldn't all that info remain?

PS, I also noticed that some of my folder settings will not stick.  I select "icons" go check some other folders out, and when I return, the folder is set back to "list"

I rescanned, and all the info was retrieved, and no seems to be sticking.

it's just that this new build seems to have a mind of it's own sometimes.

Now the weird thing is I changed the error level to "0" / "debug, and everything seems stable now.
