** XNandhealer updated to 0.74 **(Supports dash 14699, multibuilder 0.7)

Summary:
- Now automatically remaps the original NAND before creating the ecc image.
Previously the ecc glitch generation was not working in all cases e.g. bad blocks in the first 0x50.

- Added creation of launch.ini file. Choose from an existing preset or define your own.
