Cui Xbox Iso Extractor Under Linux?

I'm trying to extract an xbox ISO from my linux server. It's a headless ubuntu so only CUI tools can be used. Is such kind of tool available for me to either mount or extract the ISO file and FTP to a JTAG-ed console?
