How it's possible that the pagecode 23 doesnt affect the check process ?? what the pagecode returns so it's not important for the boot process?

Hi, maybe somebody can look at this dummy what is wrong with this.
Dummy is from Liteon FW 0225, labeled as 0401.

I tried allredy ixtreme LT+ 1.91, 1.91u, 1.92, 1.92u - no one work - allways "play dvd" error.
