Thanks for posting this.

One question though: To fix our Avatars, do we simply do the usual 13146 system update after flashing our Jtag units?

So I believe I have XBR2 and Xellous on my box.  I haven't been paying attention to the xbox 360 scene for a while so I have a few questions.  I would definitely like to update to a new dash and get freeboot.  I know in the past that freeboot only worked if you had a second nand.  I watched the video tutorial for this and it appears that you can update your box with only a stock nand.  If I follow the example here will I be able to update without any problems?  Also I have bad blocks on this xbox.  With the freeboot toolbox take care of that for me?

Thanks

Sorry mods... tried to quote kary and reply but it didn't work:

Yep. Once you get your 13146 flashed and it's up and running, just apply the official M$ 13146 update and it'll add Kinect + Avatar support. One word of warning though... if you use dashlaunch, install that last! I goofed and flashed the 13146 image, then installed dashlaunch and set the noupdater option, then I couldn't install the $systemupdate from a usb stick lol.

But yeah, that's all you have to do

I love how easy this program is.  Very nice.  I use it every time I need to update my JTAGS.

I have not used the application, but i would assume the xell/xellous allows you to choose which you would like to have on eject
