Well, I do know that the serial is not copied. If you do not get that, that´s your prob.
I am not talking about the FW. I am talking about JF.
Totally wrong. The 025 FW includes a serial and a barcode data.
The question is: Is it correct that M$ overwrites the drives
date with  universal one? I doubt that.

what are you not getting dump an original un modded o251c firmware from different drives and they all return the same serial and id strings

all JF does is mimic that same process their is no bug

do some research

here in caps THEIRS NO NEED FOR THE SERIAL DATA BECAUSE ALL ORIGINAL FIRMWARE NOW HAVE THE SAME DATA

This is also my question. Can you take an old fat liteon, never flash it.... update it then retrieve the key and flash it with the latest firmware?

Thanks for the hard work everyone.

process hasn't changed, jungleflasher was updated to support everything new.

Flash back to stock, make the update, and then flash to LT+1.9.

Do you have a reputable source for that suggestion?  Not being mean just curious.

Funniest post ever!!!

Can this get any better?  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/jester.gif)

i almost fell over when i read that.  updating w/ stock firmware is sooooo risky.  can't wait to see all those unmodded 360's get banned.

I flashed a benq that was spoofed as an ms28 back to stock benq with correct key, updated to latest dash and then put lt 1.9 on the benq not spoofed and it plays games with bad ap25 no problem

has anybody "married" a samsung or old hitachi to a system that normally has a drive that supports ap25?

wish i could read the nand and see if it now says the new drive, but i aint going to sacrifice a jtag
