I have been out of the scene for awhile and want to update my JTAG from XBR to the latest freeboot.I want to end up with the most current dashboard that will work with my JTAG (for Kinect and newer games)

When I Jtagged my system last year I  saved my CPU Key in a text file along with a full dump of my original nand (256MB)  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) - I recall having two bad blocks at the time. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I have been looking for a good tutorial on this but most of them are for those who have lost their key and/or original nand and require dumping the existing XBR nand. Some tuts I have looked at say that they apply only to the 16MB nands (I have a 256 Jasper)

Since I have the CPU key and the original nand, What is the simplest way to do the upgrade from XBR to the latest freeboot?
Is it as simple as pasting my CPU key into something like freeboot toolbox maker 2.7a and pointing it to my original nand dump, creating an updflash.bin and using flash360 to update? Will freeboot toolbox be able to handle the bad blocks? Assuming it's this simple, what dash version will I end up with? If its not the latest version, how do I update from there?

If it is not this simple, Is there a different program/process I should be using?

TIA for any help!
