Nice dodge.
Hopefuly it will be yes.
But in the meentime. I guess people who love JF are going to have to switch.

Why would you switch from JF?

Currently the Lizard doesnt even do all pre-slim drives! blink.gif

And with PMT support  added, JF does what the scorpion does -  for free!  laugh.gif

If you are talking standalone - ask oggy how his netbook is doing!  cool.gif

Thanks to Maximus & Co for the un-released original Concept.

Wow, another copypasted function added to JF, like dvdkey32, freekey, mtkflash, jungleusb...will you use another name for tarablinda or are you going with a usbpro-only slim function?
Do you accept suggestions? make 1 only panel for "copypasted functions", so you have more space for the sponsors and for the donate button.

scoprion hw have been reversed!! omg, 1 capacior, guessing how long it took for the jungleguys.

but, hey, you complain about the missing concept? It takes 5minutes (the lenght of the video) to guess it.
In case you need a few knowledge of what you copypaste, i would call it ram data retention trick

So all of you feel safe not doing a full dump for calibration data?

RadioShack should have one.  If not then any electronics component supply such as Newark or Digikey will have the required parts.

sorry if this has been asked or if its just a stupid question tongue.gif   if i make this PMT, can i still use my xecuter ck3 lite with it to do the liteon 9x drives?
also, can the PMT still be used on the 7x liteon drives? or do i still need to use my regular ck3 probe for those?

anyone who can clear this up, id appreciate it. thanks!

How is it a dodge? They have stood on a stool and said its a STANDALONE which of course you pay for.....

Big negative, we have stated its has the option to be standalone, now where did Maximus say it will be complete standalone!

If your going to spread facts know the facts, stop spread untold truths.

Here is a Fact, Lizard has supported slim Drives from before release, it can fully read both slim lite-on keys just like any other product out there, it can fully Write slim 9xxxx just like any device out there.

Know 0225 is a different story on writing as it is hardware locked and C4E can verify that, which is why all you see out there is key read

I Don't think this method does a FULL dump. I just spoofed my liteon as a benq, then i redumped it and JF identified it as a lieton.

If a box came to me that had a liteon that was spoofed as another drive (as has happened in the past) when i used this method to dump it will not tell me the drive was spoofed and then when i reflash it it magically wont work!
This happened 2 weeks ago, and with the old probe, (I used the CK3) Jungle flasher told me something was wrong by saying it was not a liteon drive (which clearly it was) I was suspicious and did a full MRA dump and VIOLA it was spoofed as a benq.  (SO GLAD I DID THAT!)
I could then grab a working Benq drive and mod that with the key instead.

With this new probe, it did NOT tell me the drive was spoofed. Its not a true full dump, , , , ,
Just sayin JF should indicate that there was spoofing involved if there was, , , , , or maybe anytime I'm updating a liteon I should ALWAYS do a full MRA dump. (PAIN in the BUTT!!)

Of course it's not a full dump. And Jungle Flasher does indicate if the drive is spoofed or not, you don't need a complete firmware dump.

Well the PDF instructions, does say "it allows you to dump all lite-ons", it does not specify its just a key extraction. But Jungle Flasher does in fact NOT tell you the drive is spoofed using this method.

I just verified that, , ,
