That looks perfect, m4tr1x00...but the chatpad doesn't light up when you press buttons?  There's a chance you have hardware that needs this other control utility instead:

Kill the first utility (control-C).  Then download the one I just linked, save it to the same directory as the other .exe files, and run it.  Then try pressing keys.

cool now there are lights thanks. its deffinately lightning up now, but still doesn't work as a keyboard :S is there a second config i gotta do to make it work? thankss

Hmm...  If you press the little "people" button in the lower left, does it light up orange?  If so, do the thumbsticks work to control the mouse cursor?

That's good.  Sounds like you have everything right except that you have some duplicate virtual devices because my installer isn't finished yet (I'm hoping to get a better version out within the next week).

You MIGHT be able to get the same result by just uninstalling the extra devices until only one of each is left.  But, uninstalling them all and reinstalling like the post describes should also work.  Once you are done, you will need to run the same executable you have now (that turns the light orange) and everything should work.
