Best Tool To Copy Partition 2?

it has been a while since I had to do this, I need to copy partition 2 from my retail HD to my hacked WD drive what is the best program to do this?

It seems the data migration disc only copies partition 3

xplorer360 extreme 2 has an option to backup and restore partition 2

thanks will that work on any size HDD?  I remember reading last year when I did another HDD that there were several versions all for different size HDD
