Easy Mp3 Transfer To Hdd?

Anything out there that can transfer MP3 files to the 360 HDD so I can play them on the xbox? Burning CDRs and manual ripping sucks.

Can also copy it via FTP directly.

I have a jtag and 500gb 2.5 drive.
