It's not as easy as you think m8, The programs I made just join all the files together to make a lips dlc file.
For example if you were making the song 'viva la vida' you would need the following files
Viva La Vida.jpg
Viva La Vida.wmv
Viva La Vida.X360
Viva La Vida.xWMA
Viva La Vida_Lyric.X360
Viva La Vida_prv.nft
Viva La Vida_prv.wmv
Viva La Vida_prv.xWMA
Viva La Vida_prvcl.xWMA
DLC.xml - is a database file made by one of the apps above - (also the dlc hash is made by one of the apps posted above and this is used to name the dlc file). You also need a small png file - but this is just for an icon for the gamesave.
Obviously the jpg and wmv are easily made, the xwma requires a file from the directx sdk to convert a wave file into xwma (xWMAEncode.exe). As for the .x360 file - this contains the lyrics and info for the tone bar, so unless you know how to make this file for your own songs you'll be better just ripping songs from other lips discs and using them m8 as it would be much easier.
I might end up releasing my own files in a few weeks when I get around to writing a small tutorial on how to use it - but I work offshore for 3 weeks at a time and I am going away this week so don't have the time to do it just now.
Also a few of the lips game disc contain songs that are not english - but they dont show up on an xbox360 if the region is set to english - for example there are some spanish and german songs on some discs that can be easily ripped using many apps available from the 'usual places'.
