I'm not sure what "something similar" you're referring to, but this app is just a downloader. If Microsoft were to go after someone for copyright infringement, it would be the site (ABGX) hosting the data, not the app that downloads it. After all, you can download it with Internet Explorer, too.
Wasn't aware AGBX was the host (I've hardly ever had a match for any of my PAL rips, but I was refering to an older site that hosted them for download fm browser) It's been a while since I've really needed to use it for anything as I have decided that patching over what would otherwise be a decent rip from my original, verified and done by myself is a waste of time (Btw, I always thought AGBX could correct/patch the angle w/o donor ss - Maybe I dreamed that)

Did you understand what this is really for? It's for grabbing SSv2, which a Kreon drive cannot produce. In no way does that mean the user is a pirate.
Yes I'm aware of that, my answer to that would be: If you have a 360 with FW, then you can use it to rip, I know Kreons are kinda handy(also now fairly rare) but their not the only use for this tool.. P2P can share barebones(smaller file) w/o ISO padding(sometimes less than half the size etc..) besides which: Why would you ever want to patch (Kreon excepted) other than if you didn't have the orig .. The angles I referred to earlier weren't specifically the ones that cause the 0 degree problem, I was referring to patching angles in general as M$ might place deliberate error that might occur in a specific combo of PFI etc.. Which if corrected would provide M$ with unequivocal evidence for justifying ban.. I know it's a stretch as they're prolly polling from/to layer 7(SW) anyway (for want of a better description)
Anyway - Points taken, I feel I have already over-discussed the matter - Sorry to anyone who has taken the time to read it (it's really not my best work)
I guess with hind sight I would not have made my earlier post.
