Iso2god Converted Backup - Only On Jtag'd?

Ave,

If I use ISO2GOD to convert a regular game backup ISO on my PC to a Games-On-Demand ISO; and then move it over to my XBOX 360 HDD (Using a USB Drive), will it play? Or does it need to be a JTAG'd XBOX 360 *only* that can play the GoD ISO?
