have you tried reinstalling XBC?

i believe theres also a standalone executable with it, have you tried that too?

Yes I've tried to use a new 2.9 and 2.8 executable with the other files but it still does the same thing.
It also seems to be the only program that does this to the computer. Could it be something thats gone wrong with the registry perhaps?
