First step is to use xnand healer to get four matching dumps.  If your getting errors or non-matching nand dumps check the wiring/soldering before flashing anything to your xbox.  If you have a xenon its pretty straight forward no issues with it being non-jasper.

How long is the cable from the 360 to the LPT? Keep it less than 30cm. Also you may want to change the port setting in the BIOS. Change it to standard port.

Tried a different PC? I have used my old P3 XP laptop for all sort of parallel port programmer and it seems the most reliable one for the task.

Are you using nandpro? I had problem writing with nandpro 20b. I download nandpro20d and it wrote properly to the falcon nand.

and dont do anything else until you can read the NAND properly.
