Oki, Sorry for my noob Q but I have been trying to read up on this but everywhere it difrent awsers.

I am trying to fix Dashlunch and have a Jasper 512. First I got the cpu key error but solved that by cytting down my nand image with nandpro as told earlier in this thred.

So everything went fine (I didnt click the "creating a custom freeboot" option) and I flashed my new image to my box. It works fine but I cant se if dashlanch is installed. I cant get it to boot freestyle by defult.

My launch.ini is placed at root of my hdd and says

[QuickLaunchButtons]
Default = LHdd:\Content\0000000000000000\C0DE9999\00080000\C0DE99990F586558

I havent done anything els, havent installed any flashinstaller or anything like that.

My internatl Mu is still unformateded if that has something to do with it.

So my problem is that it wount launch any alternative dash, have tried everything so hope that I have made a easy mistake and that someone would help me with pointing that out.

You seem to be trying to launch XeXmenu, you need to change it to your FSD path..

@Theson - The only reason you'd ask about freeboot 0.30 is for kv switching. If you want to do MW2 modding, figure it out yourself. Takes a whole five minutes to figure out.

someone wants to buy my Jasper JTAG and he would like 0.30 installed on it. I know what he wants it for but it doesn't really bother me.


MW2 has been hacked to death anyway, the game is a steaming pile of turd now. What difference does one modder make?

Shuldent it be able to start anything? I have tried with freestyledash 1.2 looking like this

But dosent make a difrence. Its saved in UTF-8 but still no go.

Well, got it working now. I had to place the Flash_installer folder in my hdd root, then run defoult.xex in it so it flashed the files. Now its working, thanks for the help.

Thats because those 2 things are included alrwady you don't need to select one with dashlaunch 1.0 they both work together. That is OLD news

cause you a) don't have the second partition formatted on your HD or don't have the xbox1 bw files on your hd.

Why are Zephyrs always the pain? Trying to build a zephyr freeboot image (4558) and no dice. Either in FB toolbox or the old fashioned manual way.

With fb toolbox, I get "your dump is not properly extracted"

im struggling with the same I have 2 zephry jtags on xbr runs great (apart from the e79 smc bugs) try and get freeboot and smc patched no dice every time

yeah i do,if i use a nand made with jtag tool with the switched memory acces/compatibility it plays em just fine.
no nands with freeboot toolbox work.

partisioned it awhile ago.

go ahead and try a game...

I can't wait until they build one that works with all zephyrs and automatically AUD Clamp patches SMC. I'll be waiting... probably come out 2 weeks before a MS dash update!

Sorry, still no possibility of jtag on post 18-6-2009 consoles.

I found the download on the home page site, but when I try to run it (win7 64) it gives an error when trying to write a file libeay32.dll on the windows\system folder... I find that to be very suspicious.

Any one can confirm if this is normal?

you need openssl installed:

This program still needs support for Zephyr 4570  I've had 10 of them come across my path over the past few days..
