Hi there
First of all is, you NEED the JTAG / SMC Hack installed on your xbox 360
If you just got a flashed drive you cannot install any homebrew related stuff
check this first ..

If you are jtagged you should have installed "XeXMenu" allready

the only real alternative for xexmenu is the freestyle dashboard.
there are others like ingenioux, which is really cool, but this one will never be finished
(the only one with double sided file browser like avalaunch )

atm we didnt have the possibility to view movies in such dashboards. FSD2.0 will add movie support, but only for the movies that are allready compatible to your xbox
no new codecs ..

but, like i said before, without this smc hack u didnt have any chance to do only one thing of these
