I think I recall reading that if you use the xbox360 HDD recovery method you can also use that on your game saves. Then just inject them back to your save file folder.

ConUncorrupter, HB Resigner v3, ConSaver, etc.

these tools will uncorrupt your gamesaves and/or resign with keys provided of the target console.
