As I never found it a hassle to select play dvd from the mini guide menu I was in no rush to update to dashlaunch 1.0 but this tool was great when I last used it so will give it a go

im trying to update my mate's xenon console with this tool maker,i've entered his cpu key and double checked it,chose the hdd option as thats where i will put the launch ini for freestyle,hit generate freeboot,chosen his orig.bin dump and after 38% it spits out the following error

invalid size or checksum of file or unsupported compression format - native error:00008. file processing error, possibly disk is full

i know the orig dumped  is good cause i used 2.3 version of this tool to upgrade from xbr to freeboot 0.32 now i wanna fire on the dash launch

"kv.bin was not extracted properly, CPU key is invalid"

I can open my dump and decrypt my KV fine. I have dumped everything from xellous and checked my CPU key there. This program has never worked for me once.

P.S. What does "* Possibility to create a customized freeBOOT" mean? Did they finally add the ability to keep your current MAC address etc?

I have no idea if BestPig reads this, but...

The only feature I feel it is missing is the ability to choose Xbox1 or Memory Editing support, as of now I have no idea which one it is generating. I very much appreciate the addition of Dash Launch 1.0 though!

Dash launch 1.0 accomplishes both patches to work (you no longer have to choose between the two).

worked fine for me jasper 256 i had to use a 66 MB original dump first i hex edited my 256 dump down and it worked fine. i had errors any other way about kv.bin

Doesn't seem to like my Xenon's original 7371 image or my XBR3 image. It will reach 35% and display a critical error. No idea why.
