i think this is better than JF if you ask me because DOS seems less likely to act up vs Windows based flashing programs in general.

although i am sure JF is probably 'good enough' nowadays though wink.gif ... plus people prefer Windows based programs since it's a point and click instead of type.

main thing i like about iPrep (and dosflash in general) is that you just put it on a bootable floppy or usb thumb drive etc and use it where as with JF you typically need to uninstall drivers for your VIA 6421 etc etc which is kind of a pain in the butt to where i would rather stick with iPrep (or DOSFLASH) if it's a option.

Can you release the LitTool as a standalone program? And is it possible to use dummy files and firmware dumps with littool?

Sure, I'll get a readme sorted today.
Yes litTool does support reading info from dummy.bin files.
