WOW great tool. I cant believe someone put all that effort into creating a very robust tool like this and left out the 16mb Jasper.

Thanks anyway I am sure many people will find this tool very useful.

Stunning work... I'll be sure to grab this ASAP. Probably the most significantly useful tool out by now. Can't wait for updates to it, ability to use freestyle etc. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The program assumes you have an untouched nand. So i.e. no freeboot, xbreboot, or freestyle has previously been installed.

May be a bit more time consuming, but I'd reflash your original nand dump before using this program.

I wouldn't take that risk though, as I really doubt that it actually would be a complete perfect rewrite switching from XBReboot to freeboot with an already hacked Nand. I'm not 100% certain but, I doubt anyone will be posting... "Yes that will work." Anytime soon.

There is also another nice tool that i found from a thread on jtagging a few weeks ago. It's called logic-sunrise or something. There is a gui was a picture of a pig. It worked like a charm. For freeboot 0.32.

I believe you're thinking of this program here created by Coolshrimp, it's even on that site too as a news article. Logic-Sunrise is a website... somewhat of a spanish Xbox-Scene in a way.

That's a simple cant find the file error. Notice how it's looking for crl.bin? Not sure if crl.bin is suppose to be your original dump or not but it seems like that is what it's looking for... Either that or it's your freeboot image that it has to patch your original nand image with.

Given I haven't even used this program so, do you know exactly what crl.bin is supposed to be?

I got the same error with that tool so I used the pig tool thing lol, It's called freeboot toolbox maker 22.
I used jtag tool to put xell on and then put my key in to ftm22 to build the image. its a bit worrying that it just needs your cpu key and nothin else though.
im flashin that image now so i will find out if it works ok in about 20 mins.

ps why does it use the old xell. took me about 10 boots to get my key lol

oh just took another look at that program and it does need a nand dump
