Sorry guys I'm still a bit lost. I have:

Xenon + Xellous + XBR3 + dashlaunch running freestyle dash on boot.

If I want to try freeboot in place of XBR3 do I need to resolder my LPT cable to flash again? Can I use flash360 or Xellous?

This app doesn't work for me, It crashes as soon as I load a nand dump, and then deletes my nand dump - WTF is that all about?

I tried with an original nand dump and a xbreboot nand dump & it's the same with both - just a crash and delete.

I can't seem to figure out why after the image is made I flash via 360 flash tool or nandpro I get a black screen the logo won't load. The dump is good, smc is in the data folder, 9199 is extracted in the data folder. I just get a black screen. Any reasons  as why this is happening?

Wow I should have said what I did. Well I extracted the freeboot .31. I put the libeasy.dll thing in the folder. Then I extracted the 9199 to the data folder. Then extracted the smc to the data folder. I put my nand dump in the freeboot folder the first time when I used easy freeboot 0.5 then when 2.0 dropped I searched for it and loaded it and it created another nand file. I did not put my original in there. Put the easy freeboot 2.0 in the freeboot file and started it up. I put in my cpu key and got the nand. All went well and I got the freebootimage.bin. Flash it to the box and got the black screen. So what did I do wrong?

Hi all
Thanks 4 all the fantastic work u have done to make life easy for us noobs. I have one request only. Is it possible for u to put together a quick tut with a list of files needed to get this running on an xbr jtag xbox. I have my original nanddump. Also does this work on freeboot 32 as well?
Thanks in advance

Still not working for me m8, I get the following error:

the procedure entry point AES_cbc_encrypt could not be located in the dynamic link library libeay32.dll

I get that after hitting the create image button.

No it's not.... freeboot was always around, even before XBR

Yeah I know that, I always heard Freeboot was alot less buggy and if it no longer requires a secondary nand, why not just switch to freeboot?

Try the libeay32.dll which ships with: http://code.google.com/p/openssl-for-windows/downloads/list the OpenSSL here...

Worked for me, where the others failed.

Thanks m8 that's worked for me now.

I still needed to use the command promt though to create the image as easy freeboot would work but on image creation I would get an error - (something went wrong) and no image was created - although making the image manually worked fine.

now i just need to find that thread on moving bad blocks as badblockmover is telling me my image is not zero paired
