There is no 'repacking' a xexp. It's a patch file. You'd generate a new delta patch from the original xex and modified xex's. You can do it as a TitleUpdate with XLAST, it's quite simple. XLAST comes with documentation -- read it  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
