Iso To Extracted Files And Back To Verified Iso?

I was looking for a way to convert my extracted ISO's contents back into verified ISO's.  I have tested rebuilding the ISO in xiso but the file is to small and has lost the padding.  I was wondering if this is even possible with any current software released or if this is possible with GOD files.  I don't mind re-ripping but i was hoping someone might know a solution.

I wanted to know the same but I think the problem lies in the fact that you can add zero padding but you can't add "random" padding back. I could be wrong though.
