This is a little app i threw together when trying to get output from NandPro in real time. it reads the value's directly from NandPro's Memory, built around V2.0d

Includes the source and Bin files, written in VB.net

keep in mind that the locations read in the memory of NandPro will most likely change each time the app is updated as it has such a small memory footprint.

if you are really serious about using these methods look into Byte Signature Scanning.
